Parking is available behind the salon. You may enter through either the front or back entrance for your convenience.

Appointment Confirmations

All appointments include a courtesy reminder call the Monday prior to your scheduled visit.

Cancellations

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Missed or late cancellations may result in a service fee.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on unopened products or those at least 75% full within 14 days with receipt.
Non-returnable items include:

• Hair appliances

• Opened makeup

• Nail polish

• Hair brushes

Payments Accepted

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, checks, and cash.
We do not accept American Express.

Sales Tax

State sales tax applies to waxing, manicure, and pedicure services and will be added at checkout.
Hair services are exempt from sales tax under Ohio law.

Service Adjustments

We want you to love your results. If an adjustment is needed, please contact us within seven days of your service.

Private Events & Groups

Planning a bridal party or a special group experience?
Our salon accommodates small private events. Reservations require a deposit.

Children: Children are welcome when receiving a service. For safety, unattended children are not permitted.
